We were selling our home on our own when Scott reached out to us. He was very supportive and provided us with outlines on how to be successful in our endeavor. And, without pressure he reassured us he would be honest and fair if it came to a point where we wanted to surrender the process to him as our agent. He succinctly went over his marketing plan so we had an idea of the effort he would put into selling our home. Ultimately we sold our home. Scott was excited and offered a hearty congratulations. But if we ever sell a house in this market again we're calling Scott.

I posted the above review several months ago when we thought our home was sold. Well, it wasn't. It was the second time a sale got canceled. We were frustrated and nervous. As the last sentence above says it was time to call Scott and Denise and let them take over. We did and never looked back. This team took immediate action with open house sessions, beautiful photos on mass marketing and tips/pointers for us at home. It didn't take long and we had another buyer. This time we got the higher offers and great closing timing. Stop looking for a Real Estate Team and call Scott and Denise now. You won't regret it.
